Return Faulty Item

Please Note That any DS or DSi Cards such as R4, R4i, TT, N5 etc..  Have all been banned from the UK Which means that we can no longer accept any returns on these card even if you have purchased them in the past or just recently purchased them. We are sorry for this but this matter is out of our hands.

if your card is not working you can try the bottom suggests to see if you can get them working.

Please follow below check list:

1. Have you opened the Instruction text file that is provided on the CD that came with your DS/DSi card.  (Please note if you purchased a Value Pack then this does not come with a cd therefore you will have to download firmware from manufacture site)
2. Have you tried to follow the instructions carefully and correctly.
3. Only use the Firmware file that is on the disc provided with your DS/DSi Card, Unless Purchased Value Pack then Download from Manufacture site.
4. Don't download other firmware files from diffrent sites as they may be diffrent and may not work on the ds/dsi card you recieved.
5. Never put on loads of roms (games) on your first attempt to get the card going, but  put on only a few roms (games) and test card if ok  then continue adding more roms later.
6. Try Cleaning the connections of the DS/DSi Card and the MicroSD Card.
